The New MDS Website

I have been trying to become a member of the NLC list for several days now, yet I have to have the approval of the "list owner". Who is this list owner and why am I not approved? I have been forwarded several posts from friends on the list that make personal attacks on me by Zwarich, yet I can not respond to those attacks or even defend myself in any way. Is this a case of me being banned from the NLC or is it a case of a moderator that is too busy to approve me? Does anyone know?
